Rachel Perley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University in Michigan. In 2011, she received a Master’s in Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago and made the Dean's List for six consecutive semesters.

Rachel, who joined PCC in 2015, is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) and certified in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). She has extensive experience in treating addictions, anxiety, depression, and trauma in adults. In her practice, she employs a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative, and solution focused models of therapy. Rachel’s other interests include traveling, photography, film, and music.
