Kelli Bosak is a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor who joined the PCC behavioral health care team in 2015. She attained her Master in Social Work from the University of Chicago – School of Social Service Administration in 2015. In 2014, Kelli was chosen as an Albert Schweitzer Fellow to address health disparities and the social determinants of health among Chicago’s low-income population. She speaks both English and French. In her leisure time, Kelli enjoys cooking, walking her dog, gardening, yoga, and meditation. She is so passionate about yoga that she was instrumental in PCC’s collaboration with YogaCare to bring yoga services to PCC patients.
