Rich February, whose expertise as an Equity Officer has been instrumental in shaping PCC Community Wellness Center's approach to diversity and inclusion, made the significant decision to leave his role with the City of Chicago to work more closely with the community. This move allowed Rich to directly impact the lives of those served by PCC, particularly during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.
