PCC recognizes that individuals may have a difficult time dealing with hardship. For this reason, PCC offers integrated behavioral health care services. While a PCC provider may see someone for a medical condition, a behavioral health consultant can meet with an individual to discuss social and emotional needs.

PCC is dedicated to raising awareness of insurance options and providing eligibility and enrollment assistance to uninsured individuals and families. PCC’s Outreach and Enrollment program has trained staff members who are Certified Application Counselors that are available to assist you and your family enrolling into the Health Insurance Marketplace. You can apply and enroll in health coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace at www.healthcare.gov.
The Marketplace is a way to find quality health coverage. It can help if you don’t have coverage now or if you have coverage but want to look at other options. With a Marketplace application, you can learn if you can get lower costs based on your income, compare your coverage options side-by-side, and enroll.
