Dr. Jennifer MacDonald is a Family Medicine Physician at PCC. She received her medical degree in 2015 from the University of Illinois College of Medicine where she graduated with honors and Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed the Northwestern McGaw Family Medicine Residency Program at Humboldt Park. Dr. MacDonald received her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Chicago and has previously worked in biology research and as a lifeguard at the Chicago Park District. She grew up in Canada and has two daughters that love cats and gymnastics. Dr. MacDonald speaks some Spanish and enjoys drawing and aerial circus arts. She does aerial silks, aerial rope and straps, and has also done some trapeze and lyra. She also enjoys gardening and playing the piano.
Mary Rose Benson is a Behavioral Health Consultant at PCC. She obtained her Master's in Social Work degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work in 2019. She completed her undergraduate education at Alma College in Michigan, with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Mary Rose completed her field internship at the Community Health and Social Services (CHASS) Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center in South West Detroit. In her free time, she likes to spend time with friends and family. She is fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Smith received his medical education from Rush University in 2016. He completed the Northwestern McGaw Family Medicine Residency in Humboldt Park. Prior to medical school, he completed two years of AmeriCorps service at PCC Salud Family Health Center. Dr. Smith's hobbies include gardening, cooking, playing basketball, and spending time and traveling with his wife, daughter, and two cats. He speaks fluent Spanish.

Chicago, IL – PCC Community Wellness Center joins Norwegian American Hospital and other local agencies to welcome evacuees from Puerto Rico needing assistance finding community and health care services. They are welcoming evacuees in the Humboldt Park Field House’s Hurricane Relief Center. PCC has a welcome table set up, ready to provide evacuees with referrals for primary care, oral health care, behavioral health care, and healthy housing. Staff from PCC West Town Family Health Center will be in the relief center on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. until December 19.
Dr. Moser earned her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago – Stritch School of Medicine in 2016. She completed residency here at PCC, as part of the West Suburban Medical Center Family Residency Program. She also completed PCC's 2019-2020 MCH Fellowship Program.
Kimberly Finnegan is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Nursing in 2016.
