Dr. Sarah Carreon completed both her undergraduate and medical education at Loyola University Chicago in 2005. With a strong interest in family medicine, she participated in the West Suburban Medical Center – Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Carreon has been part of the PCC health care team since 2008.
