A Chicago native, Dr. Joanna Curran earned her medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science. She is completing her residency at PCC, as part of the West Suburban Medical Center – Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Curran is particularly interested in women’s health and completed research on ovarian cancer as an undergraduate student. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and performed meritoriously on her Step 1 medical exam. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing water polo, swimming, learning to cook family recipes, watching true crime podcasts, traveling, and exploring Chicago.
