Dr. Chidinma Osineme is a Family Medicine Physician and Medical Director at PCC Parkside Family Health Center. Dr. Osineme completed her undergraduate education at the University of Maryland and her medical education at the Howard University College of Medicine. She completed her residency at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Dr. Osineme is committed to the Austin community where she completed PCC’s Maternal Child Health Fellowship in 2012 at PCC Austin Family Health Center. Since then, she has been a faculty member at the Carilion Family Medicine Residency Program, associated with Virginia Tech. Most recently, she served as their Associate Program Director. She has also been the Vice Section Chief of the Family Medicine Department and an associate professor of the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine where she was very involved in medical student teaching. Dr. Osineme has extensive volunteer experience including the Big Brother Big Sister program in Virginia, international medical service in Jamaica, and experience in Philadelphia with refugees, homeless youth and adults, and individuals recovering from addiction.

She enjoys providing a full spectrum of family medicine care, including prenatal and pediatric care to improve the health of the whole family and community.
