Chicago, IL – Dr. Vanessa Villacorta-Sierra, Family Medicine Physician at PCC Community Wellness Center at Steinmetz has flexible appointment availability and is accepting new patients. As a Family Medicine physician she can care for the entire family. In addition, Dr. Villacorta-Sierra specializes in Maternal Child Health and does prenatal & postpartum care, including higher risk obstetrics. She also has a special interest in weight management and healthy living. Her services also include free pregnancy testing, family planning, well woman care including pap smears and breast exams.

PCC Community Wellness Center at Steinmetz is a school-based community health center located inside Steinmetz College Prep High School. The health center provides access to comprehensive primary care and behavioral health services to Steinmetz students and community members of all ages. PCC Community Wellness Center at Steinmetz is located behind the high school at 3030 N. Mobile Avenue Chicago, IL 60634. There is a separate entrance at Door #8 with free parking. All services are available in Spanish.
