Dr. Tuscher earned her dental degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago – College of Dentistry in 2009. She completed residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Dr. Tuscher serves as PCC’s Dental Director. She is highly experienced in performing preventative, restorative, and emergent dental care for adults and children. Dr. Tuscher is passionate about dentistry and has volunteered her time frequently to provide comprehensive dental treatment to underserved patient populations. Dr. Tuscher participates in initiatives to improve population oral health at the regional and national level. She has presented at and helped facilitate IPHCA’s Clinical Leadership trainings annually. She also serves on IPHCA’s Clinical Support Committee. Dr. Tuscher regularly attends the annual Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting. She participated in Harvard’s Managing Ambulatory Health Care training program and was selected as a National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA) National Oral Health Learning Institute Scholar in 2014, a year-long leadership training course for new dental directors. She now serves on NNOHA’s Board of Directors, is the Co-Chair of its Practice Management Committee, serves on its Governance Committee, and has spoken at their conferences annually since 2015. She also serves on the Illinois State Dental Society’s Access to Care Committee and serves as the secretary for the University of Illinois’ College of Dentistry’s Alumni Board.
