Chicago, IL – PCC Community Wellness Center (PCC) recently opened its third health center in West Suburban Medical Center. PCC Community Wellness Center at West Suburban is located inside the hospital’s professional office building at 1 Erie Court, Suite 7140, Oak Park, IL 60302.
The health center is accepting new patients and offers primary care, behavioral health care, and support services. It is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. You can call PCC Community Wellness Center at West Suburban at 773-537-0020 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
“Patients at the new health center can expect streamlined referrals and integrated networks through our longstanding partnership with West Suburban Medical Center,” said Robert Urso, President and Chief Executive Officer. PCC also has an obstetrics-only clinic and walk-in clinic inside the hospital campus. At the walk-in clinic, patients have access to same-day appointments, an ultrasound clinic, sports medicine clinic, and integrated substance abuse treatment for adults and pregnant patients at the Chemical Dependency Clinic.
